Kelley Project Services was founded in 1994 after principal Nancy Kelley completed 15 years in corporate facility planning and project management.
KPS has a proven track record as a client advocate providing reliable, high-level services managing contractor and vendor activities with comprehensive and timely follow up.
Fiscal and environmental responsibility are guiding principles for KPS. In 2008, principal Nancy Kelley became a LEED Accredited Professional, and now assists and guides project teams through the project certification process. Our expertise in reusing existing furnishings, as well as creating plans to recycle and donate furnishings and equipment is both fiscally and environmentally responsible.
